How do I make a reservation?

You can reserve by calling the English Service Desk:

Or using the online Reservation Form.

  1. Fill in the booking form .
  2. Submit the booking form.
  3. You receive an automatic reply confirming your submission. This is tentative reservation.
  4. Our booking confirmation will reach you within 24 hours.
    * Sometimes our e-mail will be delivered into your Trash box as spam email.
    * If you haven’t received our reply within 24 hours, please check your Trash box.
  5. Please reply email to us.
  6. Booking is confirmed.
  7. Arrival at the Airport.
  8. Meet our driver at the arrival gate with your name on a sign.
  9. Airport transfer to your hotel by car as booked.
  10. If you pay our fee by cash or credit card, please pay to car driver.

How To Pay?

Payment shall be done by Paypal / Stripe thru online in advance or 50% by PayPal in advance and 50% Japanese Yen in cash or by Credit Card(VISA, MasterCard, American Express or JCB) via PayPal. When you settle payment by Paypal, please click the Pay Now for your reserved area and car type. The page shall be moved to Paypal site and shall be done safely for the payment.

How do I change or cancel a reservation?

*If you do not know your reservation and/or passport number, please provide your name and the place and date of your reservation so that we can search for your reservation.

  2. Your reservation and/or passport number.
  3. Your name.
  4. The pick-up location.
  5. The pick-up date and time.
  6. If you are changing your reservation, please provide us with the details of the changes.

Cancellation Fees

Cancellation charges apply for the cancellation of reservations. If you do not show up without notice more than one hour after the reserved time, this will be regarded as a cancellation. The same amount will be paid by LimoTokyo in the event that a reservation is cancelled by LimoTokyo or a transfer agreement is not made. No such charges apply when reservations are made and cancelled on the same day.
